faDE c01 7620ADV2 SUBSCRIBER Equlpmmnt Approved by the Now York City Board of and Appealr under Calendar Numbor 666 69 SA Ademco 7620AD Remote Subscriber Equipment can be used on either the 7800 Radsrzan whii also known AlarmNet or the Ademco 7600 Long Range Radio proprietary system The 7600 Long Range Radii System is of the Ademco 7610 system equipment The system may consist of just a 7610SC Split Central which will receive the information irom the subscriber untts system equipment available the communicate that information down to the Central Station The 7610 may be aupplementad by one or more 761 OMS Master Sites up to 15 to increase the coverage in a the No 7620AD is comparable to a digital communicator a system eonnauad The 762OADV2 composed of 7621AD TRANSMITTER a central ama a communication station by a telephone TRANSMITTER and 7625 ANTENNA Additional high gain antennas ara also available dowment for brevity It dexriis information is presentad in the following order concerned with the No 762OADV2 REMOTE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT referred to as the the system works and shows how to install program and connact the system PROM I FEATURES WIRING a Sii the No 7626 Antenna 7674 and 7674 13 Antenna the No 7622CDM Transmitter THE No 7621AD TRANSMITlEFt Proctaduras PROM Duplicating Procedures Procedures AND WIRING THE No 7621AD TRAMSMIllER THE SYSTEM TEST PROGRAMMING FORM BTATEMENT U L INSTALLATIONS 9 9 SSUf HAS BEEN SUBsTANnALLY malfunction No 7620AD will notify the MASTER SlTE manually monitored systems or as a SHORT the master site via a radio link This allows for taster and more provides eight zones of information plus a ninth status report zone Both status operate with FEATURES Reporting alarm and status messages are transmitted reporting Status Reporting Format reporting feature may be selected either as a LONG FORMAT form for computer monitored applications which handle high volume report traffic Long Format for proprietary systems only No 7621AD timing and reporting formats are programmed by the installer Zones may be programmed invened input to operate with a 16second delay to report openings and closings and report restored zones the transmitter experience a continuous a special alarm message the transmitter experience a non transmit maltunction the 7621AD interface will provide a logic output tow at 22 Transmit OK output and signal with a blinking LED The transmitter checked during each REMOTE SUBSCRIBER EQUIPMENT compatible with existing installations using Ademco equipment or other panels The 7620AD may be used in conjunction with digital communicators on the same system both acting a backup to each other Use an Ademco No 6SgEN LINE MONfTOR connected to a 7621AD zone input to report line cut and ba up the digital dialer Battery Monitoring system notifies the central station of the condition of the battery with every periodii status message and alerts central station whenever the battery level drops below 11.2V fs Supply preferred method of powering the 7620AD is by means of separate power supply This supply must be rated at rnA continuous and be capable of supplying 2 amperes for 1OOms The system may be powered from the control external DC supply ll power requirements are met amps on alarm for a shon period of time and its drain in with the alarm sounder may exceed the maximum allowable current drain for the control panel with an alarm LED circuit board RED LED Channels No 762lAD TRANSMITTER eight PROM programmable channels and a bw batteryRest channel Any one of the eight input channels may bs designated the Telco fault indictor channel Line Fault selected this feature will report to the central station the failure of a monitored telephone line The installer may whii Securtty Se Check verifies and the reflected power level by periodically powering up the 7622CDM TRANSMITTER Reflected power test failure indicates a problem or tamper with the antenna A failure either TEST produces a signal at terminal 22 XMIT OUTPUT OK when terminal 21 is connected to the MONlTOR terminal on the 7622CDM Ademco No 7620AD Remote Subscriber Equipment that part of the No 7600 communication system at the end of the radio link By converting alarm signals into a radio message the No 7620AD enables the alarm panel to communicate with the central station either via a master site relay station or directly with a 7610SC No 762lAD Transmitter is located between the alarm control panel and the transmitter zone inputs are activated by a 4.3 14.3 VDC input or by the application or removal of a dry contact closure re ving then switches on the transmitter a selectable 150ms or 16aecond delay the microprocessor processes the incoming alarm Signal S provides the logic function that is the alarm signal to digital data conversion alarm input from the control panel channel input terminals 2 g the Transmitter of the eight input channels will receive the line fault input on the No 7621AD TRANSMITTER No 7620AD draws approximately annunciates system permits transmissiin proper output power is then input terminal 13 is activated when temporarily grounded to terminal 12 The Test input will not work if battery Test diagnostics has the bwest priority Alarm and status messages have higher priorities The 7620AD below 11.8 VDC send
