Infinity 140 Pneumatic Output Expansion Module EMX 140 provides a convenient, cost-effective means to add one or two pneumatic output E A T U R E S E A T U R E S E A T U R E S E A T U R E S E A T U R E S to an Infinet controller. Each pneumatic output has a range of 0 to 20 psi, and provides feedback with an on-board pressure transducer. The pressure feedback is used in a control calculation to position the pneumatic output at the desired value, using a specially-designed valve assembly. This design eliminates the need for zero and span adjustments and does require continuous consumption of air during operation. EMX 140 module can be powered directly from any of these Infinet controllers: the SCX 920, 810, TCX 850, TCX (IDX) 851, TCX 853, and TCX 855 controllers. Additional modules can be by providing power from an external 24 VDC power supply. Consult the Infinity Expansion Configuration Guide for more specific information on the use of expansion modules.
