CAB1000 HS CAB3000 and Series 16 gauge steel plate doors that secure to the cabinet with screws Series bronze smoked plastic versions of the HS FDR series provision has been made on the HS PDR series located at the bottom of the cabinet before mounting cabinet the lockset into the opening 2 provided at the top of the door Affix the Concourse label to the front of the door in the area provided Slide the door tabs 3 at the bottom of the door into the slots in the bottom the cabinet Push the top of the door towards the cabinet until fully closed the key into the lock and turn clockwise to lock the cabinet HS PDR Series Metal and Plastic doors Installation Affix the Concourse label to the front of the door in the area 1 provided two 1 panhead philips machine screws supplied in the top two 2 of the cabinet Allow min clearance for doors Position the two keyholes of the door 3 over the screws and hang the door the two screws remaining screws Securely fasten all screws 4 2 HS FDR PDR Installation 2 1 pan head screws at the top of the cabinet all the way in Allow clearance min for the door 1 HS LDR Installation door keyholes on the cabinet screws Lock the remaining screws tighten the top screws Label on front of door PDR Series plastic doors do not have drilled keyways to facilitate mounting cabinets The door must be held in place when installing the first 2 screws tightening of screws on PDR Series plastic doors may result in damage to door PDR Series plastic doors are not approved for UL ULC installations door tabs into slots bottom of panel door knock outs by forcing upwards inside with a head screw driver
