your installation requirements and install the Duplex Adapter one end of a separate modular telephone extension cord not supplied into a receptacle the Duplex Adapter Then plug the other end of the securing the unit to the outlet of the faceplate from the wall outlet is not required and should not be attempted as would present a risk of electrical shock the screw from the center of the wall
