Analog Contact Relay Module Sheet E RLY Analog Contact Relay Module is an analog device that provides one Form C dry relay It can also be configured to provide polarity reversal of output The module can be used to control external or shut down equipment device address is set using the two rotary switches located the front of the module One device address is required module is wired according to its operation as shown in on page 2 The module is configured to operate as a nonsilence device type from the factory It can function as a control relay or polarity reversal relay depending on it is wired relay function Addressable device that provides one C dry relay contact The system firmware ensures that relay is in the proper state when powered up Upon from the control panel the E RLY relay energizes reversal relay function Addressable device that polarity reversal of its output The system firmware that the relay is in the proper state when powered up command from the control panel the E RLY relay reversing the polarity of its output Additional device types are available through front panel or the configuration utility Refer to the applicable panel technical reference manual operation module provides a bicolor LED that shows its status Green LED flashes Red LED flashes Connecting a device that exceeds this module duty contact ratings may cause activation failure This does not support capacitive loads See page 4 for contact ratings module is shipped from the factory as an assembled it contains no user serviceable parts and should not disassembled module will not operate without electrical power As frequently cause power interruption you should further safeguards with your local fire protection module does not support conventional smoke the module within the same room as the device it is install the module Verify that all field wiring is free of opens shorts and faults Wire the module in accordance with on page 2 Set the module address as follows a screwdriver to adjust the two rotary switches on the of the module Set the TENS rotary switch 0 through for the 10s and 100s digit and the ONES rotary switch the 0 through 9 digit For example device address 21 the TENS rotary switch to 2 and set the ONES rotary to 1 to on page 4 for available address Mount the module on the electrical box using screws with the electrical box See Figure 2 Mount the wall plate on
