3010 NYC 6160 Dept Approved Technologies Division Product Overview Zone Indicating Card Model ZIC 4A provides four 4 fully supervised and output circuits for use on Desigo Fire Safety Modular Desigo fire alarm control panels FACPs ZIC 4A supplies four 4 B or Class A output circuits power to 3.0 Amps maximum per circuit Each circuit can be independently for use with listed audible or visual notification appliances listed speakers municipal tie boxes leased lines or as releasing circuits ZIC 4A can send audio to additional speaker zones the Model EBA2004 A1 booster amplifier ZIC 4A plugs into one 1 slot in the Model CC 5 or Model CC 2 Card Cage has on board LEDs for system status and troubleshooting Indication of power internal operation and ground fault conditions are provided as as indication of circuit activation or Trouble conditions system status conditions are also reported to each Desigo Fire Safety Modular Operator Interface OI Each circuit or output may be controlled with system logic programming via custom configurable tool Zeus D or manually using the Desigo Fire Safety Modular panel on the OI control may also be time based Each circuit or can be manually Armed or Disarmed via the OI keypad any circuit or output has been Disarmed the OI display will indicate the circuit or output and the System Disable LED will illuminate until circuit or output has been returned to the condition Model ZIC 4A can also be manually energized or de energized when in the Disarmed via the OI ZIC 4A contains a microprocessor which allows outputs to function in a degrade mode if the main Desigo Fire Safety Modular panel processor or local network communication link has failed In a degrade Model ZIC 4A will respond to an Alarm or Trouble from intelligent addressable
