ACM 30 AIO Annunciator ACM 30 annunciator provides the NOTIFIER INSPIRE N16 FACP Fire Alarm Control Panels or NCD Network Display with remote serially connected annunciators of LEDs indicate locally within the FACP or at a remote loca the status of addressable points within the system The ACM annunciators are designed to serve as full function annunciators can both receive status information as well as transmit com to the control panel This allows the annunciator to remotely functions of the control panel in addition to displaying the of the system system functions such as signal silence system reset and annunciation controls local acknowledge and lamp test are through touchpoints on the annunciator keypad button on the ACM 30 can be programmed to either cooperate its coordinating LEDs or to operate independently All buttons LEDs are customizable There is no fixed system function on ACM 30 Using Independent mode a single ACM 30 could be to have 60 point indicators between the FACP or NCD and these annunciators accomplished over a power limited two wire serial interface the AIO Bus and can be connected to both the main and local Power for the ACM 30 is provided via a separate power limited loop from the control panel which is inherently supervised by annunciators loss of power results in an annunciator commu failure at the control panel N16 FACP supports a maximum of 80 annunciators Up to 10 annunciators can be configured as routers with each router up to15 ACM 30 peripheral annunciators capacitive touch keypad of the ACM 30 has 30 buttons with two LEDs The LEDs can be programmed for red green white amber blue cyan or purple The keypad header has additional LEDs and buttons intended for use as an On Line LED System Trouble LED Lamp Test button and Silence switch Each Annunciator also contains a local piezo for audible indication of alarm and trouble conditions at annunciator Touch pad control switch option for remote control of system or silence reset and evacuate Color programmable LEDs LEDs may be programmed to display status of indicating circuits control relays as well as system status conditions Alarm Circuit On and Trouble LED per point option or more Alarm only option Programmable for Independent Mode each touchpoint and LED be programmed for different points or Cooperate Mode both perform indication for the point mapped to the touchpoint Operation Alarm and trouble resound with flash of new conditions Local sounder for both alarm and trouble conditions with silence button program options System Trouble LED indicator On Line Power LED indicator Speaker control mode for use with the DVC and the N16 Series Enables the ACM 30 to control operation of groups of mapped to groups of multi speakers in ABB 1 Enclosure switch Onboard end of line resistors can be enabled disabled by setting May be powered by 24 VDC from the panel or by remote power Microprocessor controlled electronics fully supervised Slip in custom labels within product manual or using VeriFire Plug in terminal blocks for ease of installation and service Compatibility N16 Series NCD between the ACM 30 annunciators and the host Alarm Control Panel is made through an EIA 485 multi drop eliminating the need for costly wiring schemes Four wires are two for the EIA 485 communications twisted pair and for 24 VDC regulated power field wiring terminations use removable compression type termi blocks for ease of installation wiring and circuit testing ACM 30 can be used for manual selection of speaker and tele circuits In this application they are typically mounted in the control near the microphone and telephone handset remote annunciation applications the modules are typically in special ABB boxes ACM 30 annunciator uses modular hardware assemblies which the custom configuration of the annunciator panel to fit the job requirements backboxes and mounting hardware schemes including remote cabinets allow the annunciators to be constructed configured with other system components Security Tamper STS 1 are available 10 12 2021 Page 1 of 2 The Dress Panel 4 allows one to four ACM 30 annunciators be mounted in the CAB 5 Series cabinet Annunciators mount to threaded studs on the DP 4A The Annunciator Dress Panel black provides for the mounting of one to four ACM 30 annunciators The DP 4A hinge mounts to the CAB 4 Series cabinet Modules mount to threaded studs on the DP 4A CB4 Annunciator Blank Plate is a flat black dress plate that cov unused module positions in enclosures or dress panels Studs a variety of module mounting options are available The Security Tamper Switch 1 prevents the touchpoints on router or any peripherals from being active until the door is open tamper switch kit includes hardware for mounting to the ABB 1 ABB 2 Listings and Approvals file number s below reference the specific listings for the mod in this document In some cases certain modules or applica may not be listed by certain approval agencies or listing may in process Consult NOTIFIER for latest listing status UL S635 FM Approved CSFM 7165 0028 0516 FDNY COA 001761 and Codes listings and approvals below apply to the NCD In some certain modules or applications may not be listed by certain agencies or listing may be in process Consult factory for listing status UL 864 10th edition NFPA 72 National Fire Protection Association ACM 30 annunciator provides the N16 system with up to 80 serially connected annunciators each with a capacity of 62 for a total capacity of 4960 points alarm and or trouble conditions may be annunciated on a basis or in a grouped or zone configuration Control of operational controls such as Signal Silence System Reset local annunciation controls such as Local Acknowledge and Test may be accomplished through the module capacitive buttons Every button and LED on the ACM 30 is completely with VeriFire Tools or remote power supplies and serial communications allow the to be located virtually anywhere in the protected premises and humidity ranges This system meets NFPA for operation at 0 to 49 32 to 120 and at a humidity non condensing of 85 at 30 86 per NFPA 93 2 at 32 2 89.6 1.1 per ULC However useful life of the system standby batteries and the electronic may be adversely affected by extreme temperature and humidity Therefore it is recommended that this system all peripherals be installed in an environment with a nominal temperature of 15 to 27 60 to 80 requirements 18 30VDC 93mA max current Input power must be power limited and non resettable Line Information The Annunciator Control Module 30 contains 62 color pro red green yellow white amber blue cyan or purple Trouble and Disabled LEDs 32 momentary touchpoints a Trouble LED programmable for other functions an On LED programmable for other functions and a local sounder with a silence acknowledge switch for audible indica of alarm and trouble conditions Includes instructions The
